Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to secure your place on a kåta workshop .

We are aware that, unfortunately, sometimes we are not able to attend events and have to cancel them. In the event of you not being able to attend your kåta workshop, cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance will be refunded subject to a 20% cancellation fee (to cover our transaction costs).

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the workshop date, we will only be able to provide a refund (subject to cancellation fee) if we can fill your space in time.

In the unlikely event kåta is unable to run a workshop for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.
